Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV) is a highly contagious that primarily affects wild and domestic rabbits. It is characterized by internal bleeding and liver damage and is often fatal.  Common signs include bleeding from orifices, fever, difficulty breathing, and hemorrhages in the eye. In many cases, death occurs within 12-36 hours of infection.
