Financial Policy

Thank you for choosing Centre Animal Hospital. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. Centre Animal Hospital requires payment in full at the end of your pet’s examination and/or at the time of the discharge.


Payment Options:

An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. You can choose from:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Visa®, MasterCard®, or Discover Card®
  • ApplePay
  • CareCredit®, a convenient monthly payment plan which will:
    • Allow you to begin treatment today and pay over time
    • Available for any treatment amount*
    • Can be used repeatedly –for your entire family-without having to reapply

Centre Animal Hospital understands your payment concerns. If you are unable to pay in full at the time of your visit, we work with the CareCredit program to meet your needs. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into monthly installments for 3- or 6-month terms. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself by phone or online before you arrive.

Additional Policy Information:
Centre Animal Hospital charges $40 for returned checks.

For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier.

New Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment or who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the original New Client reservation fee and must pay a new reservation fee in advance before an appointment may be rescheduled.

Your reservation fee will be applied to your invoice when you complete your visit. The New Client reservation fee generally covers only the exam fee. There may be additional charges for vaccinations, medications, and other items.
