What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading, mentoring, and managing the Veterinary Technician and Assistant team
Creating schedules and coordinating daily workflow
Identifying training needs and providing ongoing coaching
Managing team communication and performance feedback
Ensuring adherence to safety, patient care, and hospital protocols
Collaborating with leadership on hiring, reviews, and improvements
Occasionally assisting with patient care during peak times

What You’ll Do:
⇒ Work side by side with our doctors on exams, surgery, anesthesia, dentistry & imaging
⇒ Take great care of patients using Fear Free techniques
⇒ Provide excellent inpatient care and client education
What We’re Looking For:
⇒ Veterinary Technician degree/certification preferred
⇒ 2+ years of experience a bonus
⇒ Great communicator, multitasker, and team player
⇒ Ready to lift 50 lbs (sometimes our patients need extra hugs!)
