    Are you a skilled Veterinary Technician who enjoys bringing order to the chaos, guiding a team, and keeping a hospital running smoothly behind the scenes? Centre Animal Hospital is looking for a thoughtful, motivated Veterinary Technician Manager to lead our dedicated technical team and help us deliver the best possible care—every single day.

    In this role, you’ll focus on training, scheduling, and team development, ensuring our technicians and assistants are confident, capable, and equipped to succeed. While you’ll step in clinically when needed, your primary role is to lead with clarity, uphold high standards, and keep operations running efficiently.

    We’re looking for someone who strikes the balance between structure and support—someone who sets expectations, encourages accountability, and fosters a culture of professionalism and pride in the work.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Leading, mentoring, and managing the Veterinary Technician and Assistant team

    • Creating schedules and coordinating daily workflow

    • Identifying training needs and providing ongoing coaching

    • Managing team communication and performance feedback

    • Ensuring adherence to safety, patient care, and hospital protocols

    • Collaborating with leadership on hiring, reviews, and improvements

    • Occasionally assisting with patient care during peak times

    What We’re Looking For:

    ✔ 5+ years as a Veterinary Technician or Lead Tech
    ✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
    ✔ Experience managing or mentoring a clinical team
    ✔ Ability to lead with fairness, clarity, and consistency
    ✔ Credentialed technician (preferred)

    Centre Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, energetic Veterinary Technician to join our busy small animal practice (dogs, cats, and pocket pets). We’re all about teamwork, compassion, and client connection — and we never forget to have fun along the way!
