We appreciate your continued patience during our new software transition. With this final update, we made changes to our Pet Page app, and it's important that you ACT NOW so that you will be able to request refills or appointments and be able to continue to receive reminders about your pets' care.

Please RE-REGISTER for the Pet Page app using the instructions below, so that your account will sync with our new software.  If you're new, now is a great time to start. 

 

FOR EXISTING USERS: Follow these steps for a better pet care experience:

  1. 1. From your phone, access your existing Pet Page App
     

  2. 2. Log out of the app, then close the app completely
     

  3. 3. Re-Open the app and click the "sign up" button on the home page. Enter the email address on file at Centre Animal Hospital, choose a password, and click the Create Account button.
     

  4. 4. Once you receive a confirmation email, use the link provided to verify your account. (Remember to check your SPAM folder if you don't see the confirmation in your inbox.)
     

  5. 5. Log in to the Pet Page App with your updated username and password
