Meet Dr. McFeely

Dr. Alexandra McFeely​​​​​​​

Dr. McFeely earned a B.S. in Animal Science from Penn State in 1991 and a DVM from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. Originally from Kennett Square, PA, she practiced in 5 different states and in Korea before being able to put down roots in Centre Hall, PA in 2013. She joined CAH in April 2026.

Dr. McFeely enjoys the challenge of working through medical and surgical cases, and one of her favorite practice tools is ultrasound imaging. Most of all, she is honored to help families care for their pets at all ages and stages of their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, being a Penn State fan, and pursuing all that Central PA offers, including local culture, arts, entertainment, and natural beauty.
