We’ve recently become aware that some email accounts with AI features enabled may be displaying incorrect appointment times in your reminder messages. While our system sends the correct information, these AI-generated previews can sometimes change or misinterpret the details.

To ensure accuracy, we ask that you:

• Always confirm your appointment time using the official reminder message (not the AI preview), or

• Contact our team directly if you notice any discrepancies.
