GOOD NEWS! We are delighted to share that beginning on Monday, June 7th, we will be welcoming one adult client into each appointment again on a modified basis. If you wish to accompany your pet inside, one adult may enter with the pet. That person, even if fully vaccinated, must agree to wear a mask at all times inside our building. (If you do not wish to wear a mask or do not wish to come in, we are happy to offer our Curbside Service option and will see your pet while you wait in your vehicle).
Our reception and waiting area will continue to be closed. Technician appointments and medication and food pickups will still be conducted with Curbside Service.
Here’s how our new doctor appointment process will work: When you arrive, please call or text us to check in. Let us know whether you wish to come inside or prefer to stay in the car while we care for your pet. If you wish to enter, tell us the name of the person entering. That person must agree to wear a mask during the entire visit. Wait in the vehicle until the technician calls or texts to invite you in. You will be taken straight into the exam room with your pet.
When the appointment concludes, return to the car with your pet and wait curbside. Once your invoice has been concluded, the notes, invoice and any medications will be brought to you.
